Shipping policy
All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way!
Please allow 3-5 days for shipping and processing of boutique orders.
We are not responsible for any merchandise that are lost, stolen or delivered to wrong address. Please double check all shipping information prior to submitting your order. Shipping costs are NON - REFUNDABLE.
What is your Returns Policy?
You can exchange your purchase for a Store Credit within 7 days of receiving your purchase. All garments must be returned as it was shipped/delivered to you, free of Smoke, Odors, Makeup, Deodorant, Pet Hair, Snags, Rips etc. distinctive chic is not responsible for shipping cost of any returns.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards/certificates.
