Shannel Garland is a wife, mother, entrepreneur and lover of all things pretty. She has always loved fashion and dressing up for that special occasion. She loves the thrill of searching for those unique pieces that compliments her personal style.

 

So much so that she decided in 2017 to launch an online women's boutique called “Bella Kouture” meaning Beautiful Fashion. She wanted to help create a look that will make you feel beautiful on the inside and look beautiful on the outside.

In 2021 she expanded her vision and teritory and launched Distinctive Chic Boutique located in Eastpointe, Michigan.
